Please read this page in its entirety. The application process is explained here and you must fill out the form below. If you cannot see the form headed with ‘APPLICATION INFORMATION’, below, then your browser does not support this page. Once you have filled out the form and followed all the steps, we will review your credit profile and provide you a pre-approval letter typically within 24 hours. Please note that free credit monitoring sites do not give us sufficient information needed to provide a pre-approval letter. Our team has a specific process and system in place that requires the credit report, profile, scores, and information in a specific format provided only through this process.

With that said, You must establish an ExIdentityIQ Account at www.IdentityIQ.com. The second page of the application process below (after you press ‘Next’ the first time) will ask you for your ACTIVE username and password to this site. If it is not active, we will not be able to provide you a response to your application. IdentityIQ will provide us access to all 3 credit bureaus for $1.00. If you do not cancel your membership within the 1st month*, you will be billed $29.95 for each month that you continue your membership with them. You may cancel your membership anytime within the first month period without additional charges.
*NOTE: We will require that you keep an active IdentityIQ Account open through the duration of our process.

As a preferred client, we will not charge you any upfront fees directly for this product/service. Other services provided sometimes do require an upfront fee AND we are not responsible for any fees charged by a third party.
